I started my professional career in the Facilities Management field maintaining facilities and working on special projects including: The "Apple Express" California's first mobile computer learning center and the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Facility, Sacramento Regional Transit's (SRTD) award winning CNG fueling station.

I progressed into management as the Facilities Supervisor in charge of all 30 light rail stations along the 18 mile system that traversed through downtown Sacramento, CA. on city streets. My last position with SRTD was the Facilities Supervisor in charge of the 3500 bus stops throughout Sacramento County.

Just prior to arriving in Texas I held the position of Facilities Superintendent for the San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) in charge of all Facilities, 1300 bus stops, and Project Management.

During my Tenure in Facilities Management, I have managed several Union and Non-Union work crews, negotiated and administrated several multi-million dollar service contracts, and managed several multi-million dollar rehabilitation/construction projects.

Before my start in Texas Real Estate, I achieved 4-AA Degrees and numerous certificates related to Business, Business Management, and Marketing.

My Wife (Kathyann) and I raised two wonderful children and after they started their own married life, we decided to move to Texas and start a new lifestyle that allowed us to work together as a team. To date we have achieved remarkable success and joy in helping people through the process of home ownership.
