Wendell, I would like to thank you for representing us during the home purchase process.  I have purchased homes in Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Alabama, and now Texas.  Texas by far has more oversight groups requiring special knowledge than any of the other states.  I have always felt the real estate industry did not represent the buyer and now Texas has come through with a positive break thru and all during this process we felt you were working for only us.  Your responses were quick and knowledgeable.  I know some of our questions were meaningless and absurd, but we want to thank you for patience and knowledgeable responses you gave us.  We appreciated greatly  the tools you used, as it helped us make unpressured decisions.
